1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as the sole payment method. You can pay via your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or major credit/debit cards. All payments are securely processed through PayPal.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped via FedEx, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the FedEx website.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. In the future, if international shipping becomes available, any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns not caused by our error. 6. Are shipping fees refundable?

Free shipping orders ($30 or more): No shipping fee applies.

Orders under $30: The flat $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
