2. Products and Availability

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

• All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and provide the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method.

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship only within the United States using FedEx.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.

• Shipping is free for orders over $30. A flat fee of $6.99 applies for orders under $30.

• We do not currently offer international shipping. In the future, if international delivery is provided, duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

• A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns not caused by our error.

6. Limitation of Liability

• flnobsc is not liable for delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, natural disasters, or holidays).

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
